The Centre for Responsible Leadership was founded to address the major challenges facing the globe by bringing together thought leaders from around the world to explore actionable real world solutions.

This vision culminated in the inaugural 2019 Responsible Leaders Summit at the United Nations. The world’s preeminent thought leaders from government, faith, media and business came together to come up with concrete ways to make real commitments to solving the greatest challenges facing humanity and the world today.

In the midst of a pandemic, new more innovative ways must be found to continue the critical work that has been done and progress that has been made since the 2019 Responsible Leaders Summit.

DO YOU MAKE DECISIONS BASED ON THE PRESENT OR THE FUTURE?

Responsible leaders make decisions in the best interests of the future and not only the present, injecting the question of sustainability into all that they do. This is why we believe it is the responsibility of all leaders to educate new leaders and ensure that the ideals are handed down from generation to generation.

ARE THEY BASED ON CONVICTION OR CONVENIENCE?

Responsible leaders need to act with conviction and not out of convenience. In a complex and overly politicized world, leaders must be able to make the right decision, even if it is the difficult one.

ARE THEY CONSTRUCTIVE OR DESTRUCTIVE?

Real responsible leadership is constructive not destructive, elevating the surrounding people, places and communities. It is our goal to build a new world without destroying the old.
